I received an email from an evaluator posing the following: His email excert is as follows: Have been considering your Fixed-Width File Pro for possible use. Notice that you have Conversion Utility (Plug-IN?) from EBCDIIC to ANSI/ASCII/regular pintable/readable DECIMAL NUMBERS. Do you have one for MS Binary Format Numbers (from the days of GW-BASIC, et al)? Our problem is we have been using legacy GW-BASIC custom PROGRAMS that store data in random access flat files.....under SCO Unix. We want to convert our DATA to ASCII while still in the unix environment and then FTP the resulting fixed-width files to Windows platform and from thence into an ACCESS or other ODBC data base. Have you any such Plug-Ins or have you had any experience with MS Binary Format Number conversions? |

| We can take a look at this provided we have an example of the file you are trying to load and get back to you with your options. |
